Most visits take about 10–15 minutes, depending on the size and layout of your yard. You might not even notice we were there—but the results will speak for themselves.

You can usually enjoy your yard again just 30–45 minutes after the treatment has dried. We’ll let you know when it’s safe.

No. If you’re not home, I’ll still complete your service as scheduled and send you a notification. If it’s your first visit, I’ll always try to introduce myself in person if you're available.

We typically treat every 3 weeks for mosquitoes and every 8-10 weeks for ticks, depending on your property and local conditions.

As long as the treatment has time to dry—usually 30-45 minutes—it remains effective. If rain washes it away before that, I’ll re-treat for free.
